This is an exclusive pre-order item.

This year, we're offering limited edition, small-batch add-ons for our pre-order customers. We can only offer them to pre-orders due to the limited capacity of our small team.

Once they are sold out, they will be gone for good this year.

We expect to begin shipping in early November, and for orders to start arriving in early mid-late November. Please note that pre-orders began at the end of August and it takes us some time to get through them all. Once pre-orders are caught up, new orders usually ship within 1-3 business days.
Pre-orders run until we are caught up with orders, generally in late November.

We launch pre-orders for each collection in order to budget for making these in Canada. As H&O planners are produced in small hand-crafted batches, pre-orders provide our community first access to popular colours, which sell out quickly. As we catch up on shipping pre-orders, we transition to regular shipping within 1-3 days of order receipt. We make exceptions for upgraded shipping and try to take those to the post office as soon as possible.
Please note that if you order, for example, a pre-order planner and in-stock pen – these will ship together when the planners arrive. Please order separately if you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner.
If you are moving during the expected delivery timeframe (November-December), please get in touch with us ASAP about an address change. We will do our best to get this information updated before your order is sent out. Just email hello@hemlockandoak.com and indicate ‘URGENT’ in the subject line, and please include: your order number, new address and any other details.
Our Evergreen and Onyx colours are currently the most sustainable, as they contain zero petroleum and/or plastics, are 100% recyclable, and contain 15% recycled content.
