Shipping and Product Information for 2025

Thank you for supporting Canadian-made and our small business! Please review these update before reaching out to customer service. We currently have a backlog of emails and our response time is slower than usual.

Summary:

  • We expect to be mostly caught up on current orders by November 19 excluding:

    • new orders placed in the 2–4 days beforehand,

    • items still in development, such as inserts and jewellery. 

  • Some U.S. orders may see extra delays due to a UPS air hub accident.

    While most shipments are moving normally, we are seeing some clearance delays on U.S. orders due to a tragic plane accident at a major UPS hub.

  • Flex customizations (pockets and elastics) end Monday, November 17.

  • Hardcover customizations will pause starting Thursday, November 20 for about two weeks while we move warehouses.

  • Witching Hour will not be restocked this year, we apologize. Remaining units will go live once we ensure remaining orders are fulfilled.

  • Please order early for the holidays; we are not able to guarantee delivery dates unless pre-arranged.


What pre-orders have recently shipped?

These pre-ordered products started shipping on November 5th, and we are nearly complete on their backlog.


Elastic and charm stock issues, customizations ending

Clip band elastic orders:

We temporarily ran out of clips for our clip band elastics. Our supplier had originally promised these three weeks ago, and we are now expecting a partial restock this week.

  • If your order includes a clip band and your label has been created for several days without movement, this is likely the reason.

  • Once the components arrive, these orders will move quickly. However, please be aware we still place these on planners by hand and they can take additional processing time.

Charms:

We were short on stock for many charms, mainly lumine and lunar, which has added to their processing time. Please keep in mind that even for in-stock charms, oders with charms may take a bit longer to process than orders without add-ons. This is because they are placed by hand in our studio.

To keep orders moving and to prepare for our warehouse move, we need to temporarily scale back customizations.

Flex planners and notebooks:

Due to higher demand and stock constraints, we’ll be ending customizations (pockets and elastics) on all flex planners and notebooks at the end of Monday, November 17.

  • These add-ons significantly slow our packing process.

  • Pausing them allows us to focus on getting your orders out the door.

Hardcover planners and notebooks:

We’ll also be pausing customizations on all hardcover planners and notebooks starting Thursday, November 20 for 1-2 weeks while we move into our new warehouse.

Our current space is at capacity, so this pause helps us:

  • Avoid bottlenecks at the packing stations.

  • Stay focused on shipping your existing orders as quickly as we can.


Label printed but not moving

We are printing far more labels than usual. Despite our checks, technical issues can occur. For example:

  • The label printer may reset and reprint duplicates, or

  • Skip a small portion of labels within a batch.

If your tracking shows “Label Created” for more than 7 business days, and:

  • Your order does not contain an item we’re still waiting on (such as clip band clips or inserts),

please reach out to customer service with your order number and we’ll investigate, reprint, and ship if needed.


Restocks and product updates:

Daily Duo
  • Remaining Daily Duo orders are expected to be fulfilled next week (remaining Witching Hour Daily Duo orders).

  • Any remaining inventory will be made available afterward.

2026 Weekly & Daily Planners
Inserts
  • 2026 inserts are still expected to start shipping by the end of the month. Thank you for your patience: it was difficult to fit these in this year and we will do our best to get ahead for 2027.


Holiday ordering

We anticipate high order volume heading into the holidays.

  • Please order well ahead of any specific date you need your parcel by.

  • We cannot guarantee holiday timelines unless they are pre-arranged with us in advance (and even then, carriers may experience delays outside our control).

Ordering early gives you the best chance of receiving your parcel in time and helps our small team manage Q4 in a sustainable way.
