This is my first minimalist from Hemlock & Oak and I think I found my planner peace for my catchall. The paper from H&O has always been sublime and is perfect with most writing instruments (it’s also great for stamping as well). The hard cover is sturdy and holds up to the constant open/closing and flat lays. I purchased the color Rivière and it’s gorgeous - almost like a Mediterranean blue. I am using the weekly vertical and have plenty of room for decor and my planning tasks. I love the blank pages before and after - I use those for preplanning and memory keeping. Excellent product and worth all the hype!!

This is a great weekly planner! It allows me to keep track of my work while looking very professional. The color is beautiful, the hardback cover will be perfect to archive in future.

Perfect layout. Perfect size. Incredibly fast shipping. The only issue.. the 2026 paper is showing ghosting which was never a problem in the 2025 paper. Same pen too, which is a bummer since the paper quality was one of the main highlights of these amazing planners. I hope they go back to the paper used before to save the quality next year! (But tbh, I'll still be buying this planner in 2027 either way, it's that good!)

The planner itself is nice quality. The ink or print is too light. Just use Black ink and not gray. The add ons like the book band and with the metal clip sucks. Waste of money. Doesn't work well. The hook should be able to clasp over the band so it doesn't fall off when pulled to band the book. Wouldn't buy again to be honest.

I fully support this amazing Canadian company. Their paper quality is beyond amazing. Their ethical practices set the bar very high. Love the clean, modern layouts that provide lots of space for creativity! Witching Hour is even more beautiful in person.

This was my first planner purchase from H&O and I am VERY pleased with it. I was so happy to buy Canadian. Perfect layout & paper thickness. Quality binding. If they offered this with dot-grid vs lined-grid I would have opted for that. Will buy again next year.

Absolutely love the B5 minimalist. The size is perfect for what I need to keep track of work, grad school, and coaching this year. I LOVE the colour I got and the set up. H&O is the only planner I have consistently used through an entire year for the last 4 years now. My little ADHD brain loves it and how i can organize everything.

I am a planner snob, and nothing beats the paper of Hemlock and Oak. My pens love it, I love it, I can really tell a difference in my handwriting and my creativity with the paper alone. The aesthetic of the planner is so wonderfully minimal, it works for so many uses. Beautifully made product! Will buy again and again!

2nd year with Hemlock and Oak and possibly forever! 3rd planner and I use the hard covers and they last really well! This time I brought the b5 (I used A5 Last year with photos in comparison) and I am very happy with the size increase. I also finally gave it to the stickers!!!!

Checks every box! Incredible quality and thoughtfully designed. My first H&O products and I will definitely buy again. Worth every penny.

The only thing I would change if I could design myself would be to offer a slightly larger version so the daily columns have a little more width and writing room-I find them to be just a little too narrow.

Otherwise I love this product and highly recommend it!

Love everything about it don’t love the shipping to afraid to re-order cause it’s a lot of money and your company’s convinced that that it’s packaged correctly but it clearly arrived damaged

Amazing quality, layout and size. First time getting a Hemlock and Oak planner and I’ll be for sure a customer for life.

This is an amazing planner. It's my first purchase from Hemlock & Oak and I don't think it will be my last. I wanted a simple vertical weekly planner with thick paper I could use stamps and ink on without bleeding or ghosting. The quality of the planner is fantastic and very visually pleasing. I highly recommend this Hemlock & Oak planner, especially if you want to step outside the box sometimes.

Second year using this planner. I love it. The B5 minimalist has exactly the layout that I need. I love the smooth paper which works for the various pens I enjoy using, and I even sketch (and sometimes paint) on the paper.

It's a very sturdy, well-made book. It opens flat and sits on my desk where I can quickly refer to it.

I recommend this planner and am already looking forward to next year's planner.

Great quality

I have purchased the B5 vertical for a few years now. The grid size is perfect for creating a color-coded weekly schedule for my busy family. The paper takes my staedtler brush markers without even the slightest ghosting. The simple weekly page layout gives me plenty of space for flexibility and for adding decoration to the page. The hardcover is excellent for propping up on an easel so the whole family can see the week plan at a glance.

Please never get rid of the B5 minimalist - I've finally found my perfect planner and it would destroy me to have to go looking again. LOVE the thick paper, love the vertical layout, love the hardcover. It's the best.

This is my second year using the B5 Minimalist and I love it! Last year I used two for myself, one for work and one for home planning. This year I just added a 3rd B5 as my gratitude journal! I just love how minimalist the layout it, how nice the paper is to write one and the weekly vertical layout. I love the fact that I can see my whole week in one spread. And since I am using the B5, it has enough space for me to write on!

This was expensive for me, but worth it. I finally found my planner for life! Please do not change the layout. It is perfect.

I've always been a weekly planner girlie. The B5 is the perfect size and thickness. (The 2025 daily planner was a bit too much for me). I love how each month in the 2026 B5 Minimalist Planner starts with an overview for goals/intensions and ends with space to journal about energy + reflections. As a busy momtrepreneur, I appreciate the 6 am - 10 pm breakdown followed by blank space that I can use for meal planning and daily memos. 10/10. Will be buying again.

I kinda wish the graphs on horizontal view on page 6-7 were dated at the top with color coded weekday letters,
And the calendar replaced with label entries. it'd make it a much better habit tracker page.

Pre-date the habit tracker on the Monthly overviews.

Personal Preferences: (dunno how you'd find enough room), I'd like the quarterly tackers to be double spaced.
And I'd like 2 more blank pages before each month for journal entries. I like using the back for scrapbooking. and having only page for journals at the beginning of every month isn't very journal friendly

Was carrying 2 planners:
one for work log B5
one for personal A5.
This one allowed me to consolidate both into 1.
The extra space at the bottom allows me notes for work.
The month view and overview pages at the beginning of each month has enough room for personal tracking that I normally wrote in my A5.
