2027 Pre-order Production Update

Thank you so much for pre-ordering! This year, I wanted to share exactly where every part of your planner is in the production process so you're aware of any delays happening. 

Each section below shows the journey from order to your hands. We’ll keep this post updated as things move, and hope this is an interesting glimpse into the many pieces that make up our most ambitious collection.

What’s changed

14 August 2026

  • Delays on remaining proofs due to tariffs

13 July 2026

  • B5 Minimalist Horizontal & Sunday Start Weekly: paper updated from Archivist 120gsm to Heritage 120gsm.
  • A5 Minimalist Weekly & Daily Duo: page count increasing from 288 to 304 pages per book, paper remains Archivist 120gsm. Each weekly spread is now grouped with its daily spreads.
  • A5+ Signature Daily: page count increasing from 448 to 528 pages.

Shipping now

Hardcover copies of these planners are bound and shipping now, with the exception of the Wild Rose and Woodlands colourways. Cloth flex and paper flex copies, plus those two remaining hardcover colours, will come through the bindery over the next month.

At the bindery

These planners are printed and at the bindery, where the sheets are being folded and bound.

On press

On press means that the planners are currently being printed on large sheets. The process can take 1-3 weeks. These planners are being printed now and are expected at the bindery on the week of August 17th.

Second proof round

First proofs came back and we made a round of revisions. A second round of proofs has been submitted for one more check before these are approved for press.

All of our standard 2027 book cloth is at the bindery and ready to go.

Custom Book cloth · Arrived

Our two custom colourways, Woodlands and Wild Rose, are finished and arriving at the bindery this week.

Paper, ribbons & back pockets

Everything else has arrived: our Archivist 70gsm and 120gsm paper is at the printer, ribbons and paper flex cover material are at the bindery, and back pockets (including the new A6 and B6/Compact sizes) are at our warehouse.
