Update on U.S. Shipping - 09/04/2025

With recent changes to U.S. import rules, all shipments now go through a formal customs clearance process. To help smooth this transition, we’ve moved most orders to air shipping, which reduces entry preparation fees, and we’re covering part of the added costs ourselves.

Our products are proudly made in Canada and qualify for tariff-free entry under current trade agreements. We’re pleased to share that the vast majority of our U.S. shipments under the new rules (beginning August 29th) are clearing without any issues. 

In the event your order is assessed any fees, please contact us immediately so that we can look into it.

Because couriers are still adjusting to the new clearance process, however, unexpected duties, tariffs, or courier charges may occasionally apply. These costs are outside our control and are not included in your order total at checkout.

At this time, we do not anticipate extra fees upon delivery, but we want to be transparent about this possibility. We’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust if needed.
