Graph Paper Inserts

I love my H&O ringed weekly! I have been looking for something just like this to plan my days, school events, teaching schedule, and more! It has been great to be able to also add my own pages in - something I couldn't do with my old planner.

Bought the undated ring inserts, as I wanted to try a ringed planner. So far I’m loving it, the only downside to the inserts is there are no monthly calendar layouts between the weeks. I have to draw the calendars in myself, which is not that big of a deal. I could also print one on sticker paper and stick it in, but that would make the pages way too thick for my liking. I will most likely be buying again for 2027.

I’ll admit I’m a bit of a “planner snob” according to my friends!! I think it just means I prefer the best when selecting planner items!! I love this paper! So smooth and just the right thickness! 😊

Loving my Hemlock and Oak discbound inserts in the Classic size. I will be opting for these in 2026. The paper is amazing and I love the clean aesthetic.

I absolutely love these, they allow for just enough detail that you can look back and reflect on them, yet they’re still brief enough to note take up too much space in your planner. I LOVE these and I’m so grateful to H&O for them!

On December 20, I ordered several items worth 137.00, knowing the 2025 items wouldn’t make it at the start of January. On December 23, my items were shipped. ON January 3rd my order that was expected to arrive by January 7th was delayed in Montana. I contacted Hemlock & Oak last week, after receiving an email to provide a review for the items I received. I decided I should reach out to Hemlock and Oak since they seemed to think I should’ve received the shipment. I have not heard a response. AT this point, I am hoping for a refund for the products I’ve not received.

I loved the quality and the speed of delivery. I wish there were more insert options.

This is my first time using these inserts and I love the layout so far. They fit my planner well and my favourite part is they arrived without plastic sleeves/ packaging. I love this company's commitment to sustainability.

It was great, it just wasn’t what I thought I was ordering. I ordered the horizontal weekly inserts for an A5 Ring binder, and I thought I was getting the entire planner like the printed version but it isn’t. It’s beautiful and I got some monthly from Amazon but I hate it. I love the H&O Horizontal but now I either have to order the whole planner in bound form, order all of the other inserts and hope it makes up the difference or order an Archer and Olive planner (thought I DESPISE vertical) and use the days of the week backward. I really wish that had been super clear, I would have just gotten the bound version and had my planner peace. *sigh* I was so close.

The paper quality isn’t too bad although bleeding does happen. The holes, however, weren’t punched quite accurately and some weren’t done cleanly. In future, I plan on buying the full planner. The planner itself is cheaper and I won’t have to worry about the accuracy and cleanness of the holes.

This is my favorite layout that I've ever used, and the quality is comparable or better to the most popular discbound brands, but the paper is not the same as the clothbound planners. It's smoother with much less "tooth." If you've fallen in love with the paper in the clothbound planners from H&O, this will let you down. Another small annoyance is the wasted page introducing each month. It's ugly and wasted space. I'd much prefer a note page or even a blank page. I also wish there was an option to combine the pages so that there are no wasted pages in between. If you want to add the months and the monthly review inserts, there is now a complete spread (both sides) of wasted space between each, and it thickens up your discbound planner unneccessarily.

I absolutely love the half letter inserts from Hemlock and Oak, so I was really excited to have graph inserts to supplement the weekly inserts for journaling, extra notes, etc.

Unfortunately, the grid size on these inserts is slightly larger than the planner inserts. While this may not be an issue for some, I was disappointed by the inconsistency from both an aesthetic and utility perspective.

Great paper and format. I'm using Half-letter inserts with vertical format. I expected the sizing and writing space to have a little more room. But overall I'm enjoying it. Will definitely try bookbound for 2025.

This paper is top quality. I get no bleed through or ghosting. Just perfect.

2024 Monthly Overview Inserts

I love the weekly disc bound inserts. They are so functional and the half letter size is perfect. The paper is also so nice to write on and touch .

I've kept a planner since the age 16. I am currently 53 years old. So I've got almost 40 years of experience with planners, pens, fountain pens, various types of paper and planners. These are the BEST inserts I've ever come across! The paper is excellent, the layout is excellent, and I will buy either the inserts again, or I may try the hardbound version next year. Either way, I'm definitely purchasing again!!!

I’m a pen and planner enthusiast and am deep in the rabbit hole of fountain pens. Finding a simple, functional and quality planner has been a struggle. The Hemlock and Oak planner hits all the right notes and more. It is beautiful and the paper is perfect for my fountain pens, no spreading, ghosting or bleeding through. I ended up by one for work and an undated daily for my journaling. I am in love!

I’ve been looking at this planner for a while now and I’m so glad I finally made the purchase. It’s a great planner. Perfect for trying to tackle my ADHD throughout my schedule and being in control of my days. I love the paper quality and the inserts. It makes you truly think about where you are and where you want to be. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for this company.

Clean layout, perfect number of time slots, good quality paper and looks attractive in my existing A5 6-ring planner. I paired with undated daily inserts to make the perfect planner.

The inserts are beautiful and it work well in my agenda Filofax and Louis Vuitton GM and Desk agenda. would definitely buy them again the following year.
