Find your order-status link

1. Open the order confirmation email you received after placing your order.
2. Select View your order to see its current status.
3. If your order has shipped, open your shipping confirmation email and follow the tracking link for delivery updates.

Search your inbox for “Hemlock & Oak” and check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

Contact us with your order number, if you have it, and the email address used at checkout. For an order change or cancellation request, include the details of the change you need.
