Clip Band Elastics

As January has ended I can honestly say I’m so glad I went with the daily! I’m a scrapbooker/memory keeper and this planner is allowing the space to plan and create.

No issue with the clip band elastics. Second year using them.

Wonderful product and fantastic customer service even in the midst of a very busy time.

Love it. I can tell it will not stretch out over the year. I often tuck things into my agenda so this feels really secure!

I’m used to using notebooks from another brand that have elastic straps built in to them so this was a must buy for me. It works great on my daily planner which is a bit of a beast! Holds everything together nicely so I can pack it around with me day to day.

The Clip Bands look great and are made very well. Work perfectly. 100%

Within the first two weeks the elastic started to break at the seam. The idea is fabulous—the bad protects my planner by keeping it closed when I throw it in the bag. The clip is great, so when the elastic gives the rest of the way I will try to find a way to put it back together. And maybe next year the elastic will last me as long as the planner!

It is just right; not too big, not too small. Not too sterile, not too fluffy. It is just right. It was very thoughtfully considered when organized and put together. It suits me perfectly -

I can’t believe how amazing this planner is. I was looking for a Canadian made planner and the reviews didn’t lie! Paper is thick and lovely to touch. The cover is durable and colour is perfect! Lays flat when open and the accessories are simple and beautiful. I found my planner peace.

The elastic band works perfectly with my new journal. The metal clasp is good quality and adds a polished look to my setup. I will be purchasing from Hemlock and Oak from now on.

Bought it for my fiance who loves using planners, she loves it so much. The build is fantastic and the front cover is very elegant. Ran into a hiccup with delivery and Hemlock solved the problem with no issues.

I love the durable elastic and potential re-use possibilities. Very helpful for place marking and keeping book closed in my busy bumpy bag life! Only reason didn't quite do 5 stars was sometimes the clip comes off. However kinda cool I can also move it higher or lower.

Clip Band Elastics

Another lovely addition to my planner.

I love my H&O planner. I use mine as a dual planner and journal so a big struggle when getting planners is having enough journaling space. This isn’t a problem with H&O. The colours offered for the covers are lovely and the paper quality is great. No shadowing or bleed through even with a fountain pen or heavier markers/highlighters. I’ll be purchasing again.

Enjoying the daily planner so far. Still figuring out how I want to lay everything out but am enjoying the space and ability to combine everything into one planner.

This planner is beautiful. The paper is very high quality, and I love all the prompts for goal/habit planning, which help keep me on track. It comes in many wonderful colours as well. Love it.

Ordered my planner, and love it!! But as was setting it up, someone stilled water on the cover at work, and now the cover had terrible water marks! So sad! You would think that something that should last for a year, when update be a bit more durable

Did not like the blue band on a purple book.

The color of the two that I bought are absolutely beautiful and 100% match the planners I paired with them, and I love the gold finish of the clip, but the clip doesn't seem to be tight enough to stay on the back cover. The elastic band is also kind of loose, so it slips off often. If I keep my planners on my desk or physically carry them, the bands stay on. It's when I put them in my backpack or bag that they seem to slip off. I'm still going to use them because I do like them. I just have to be a little more careful than I usually would when putting my planners in my bag.

Clip band secures your planner when not in use. My 2024 planner was used all year and the clip band never lost any elasticity.

I ordered the minimalist A5 planner from Hemlock and Oak and once it came I immediately placed an order for an elastic as well as monthly tabs. I highly recommend supporting this small, Canadian made company. Their customer service is also amazing if you have any questions or concerns.
