I started using H&O in 2025 and included these tabs with my Daily hard cover planner. I blocked out plenty of time to place them into each monthly lay out so I would not feel rushed and to enjoy the process. I placed each one on the right side of the monthly spread and only had to reposition two tabs. Just follow the directions and before adhering them place a few where you think you want them to be; open and close your planner to see how they’ll look and you’ll get great results! (Photos show my 2025 planner, I bought purple for 2026)

The tabs match the planner exactly. They stick well but can be repositioned without tearing the paper.
The tabs don’t line up with my planner. The month is written too low on the tabs. I placed two and removed them. I ended up buying more tabs on Amazon that fit perfectly.

The monthly tabs have to be placed yourself and are too large to fit evenly down the planner. When applying the 12 months tabs, I had to make them overlap slightly in order to fit. It looks messy. There was a spacer tool which would be helpful in theory but it was larger than the page of the planner, making it useless. Picture below shows how Jan and Feb are overlapping (right side).

Monthly Tabs
So although I’m confident my tabs were just an error- everything else in my order was beautiful. Instead of getting sticker tabs, I received a small cardboard place card with a printed glossy image of what the tabs would look like. At first I didn’t even notice the mistake cause inside the plastic film to keep them clean they looked perfect- it was only when I went to put them into my planner that I came to realize I did not get stickers- I got a picture of stickers. I reached out notify of the mistake in hopes that I wouldn’t have to write a bad review but it’s been over 10 days with no reply so hopefully a 1 star review will encourage someone to reply to me and mistake their mistake.

The tabs are just right for the Hemlock and Oak planner that I use. Perfect color match to the cover. They don't stick out too far when applied to the page.
I love having these tabs =) I'm constantly jumping ahead in my planner as I'm in education and we plan ahead. The tabs help me keep organized and quickly access needed dates! They were easy to put on and with a little wiggling easy to line up so they all extended from the page the same amount without overshooting the cover. I'll get them again next year.
