How do I earn points?
Depending on your tier, you earn points for every $1 spent, plus bonus points for social actions.
How do I redeem my points?
All your points and rewards are ready and waiting in your account. Just log in, go to "My Rewards" and here you’ll see all the rewards we offer.
Where can I check my points balance?
Checking your points is easy! Just log in to your account, click on "My Rewards", and your balance will be front and center, along with all the rewards you’re eligible for.
Will my points expire?
Yes, points have a 12-month shelf life.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at hello@hemlockandoak.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will unfortunately lose all the points you have accrued.
What should I do if there is an error in my points balance or I need help?
