Your time is precious and your memories are priceless. Record them effortlessly in a sophisticated agenda made in Canada.
Hemlock & Oak planners are crafted by a family-owned partner with three generations of experience. We prioritize sustainability, using acid-free FSC®-certified paper made in North America with SFI® Certified Sourcing. Our materials include plastic-free, carbon-neutral, and/or post-consumer waste components.
Discover something with each new collection, featuring unique improvements and cover options. H&O makes it easy to keep track of tasks, manage your schedule, or develop habits that help you grow.
We have successfully shipped four dated collections for the subsequent year using the pre-order model, with increasing complexity each year. Our team works hard to get them to you as soon as possible, and can't wait for you to dive into your new H&O book!
2025 Weekly Inserts are in development and will be released at a later date!
