This is my fourth planner and I still adore it.
I love this planner so much! The paper, the size, everything inside is incredible. Please do not change a thing!!
I chose Hemlock & Oak after having used Hobonichi planners for the past several years. These were the things I prioritized in a planner for 2026: (1) A5 size, (2) weekly horizontal format, (3) weekly and monthly views, (4) quality paper, and (5) price. The Hemlock & Oak A5 Minimalist Horizontal Planner met all my criteria. Yes, it's a little pricier than an off-the-shelf planner, but the quality shows in the thickness of the cover, the flex binding, and how weighty the whole book is. I would have preferred even more minimalism: I don't expect to use the month-in-review pages at all. Also, the monthly views come between the weekly views (instead of monthly calendars gathered all in the front), so monthly calendars don't necessarily fall evenly between weeks. (For example, the April calendar follows the spread for the week of Mar. 23–Mar. 29.) I chose the Paper Flex cover because I like putting stickers on my planner. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and am happy to support a domestically made product!
Beautiful function. As one who prints in a small font, I appreciate this planner and look forward to a year with great organization and impact.

It has only been 10 days but I absolutely love the design of the combination. It is so nice to have a weekly plan and back it up with daily tracking all in one place. I have struggled for years using two planners to schedule things. This year it is nice to have it all in one place. Great job Hemlock and Oak!
Loving the 2026 Planner. There is enough space each day for me to write up an account of the day as well as add a quote, what I'm reading, how much I've written and what I'm watching. It takes fountain pen ink very well and is a great addition to my daily writing practice

The paper is beautifully thick for a notepad. Super happy with this addition.
I love this planner! I use it for work and it’s enough space for notes. I just mark out the dates on Sat/Sun for more note space. Even though it’s a daily planner, it’s not too big or chunky. I also love that it’s grid.

Love this new daily planner. Simple but highly effective, for my consulting business. Really like the tabs that I can customize where to place them in the book. AND really like the the fold flat its so easy to write in and you can use all of the page and not have to work around big rings like my old Franklin Covey planner. Its really nice to find something better, that good for the environment and from my homeland. Building Canada Strong!!

This is my second H&O planner (undated vertical both times). I love it to bits! The light grid background is perfect for keeping things neat, and has helped me finally make a habit tracker that I use!

My Daily Duo in Enchanted Forest is gorgeous. It’s also quite portable in addition to having great paper and an inviting (rather than restrictive) layout. That makes it functional for me. I am using it daily and loving it. Customer service was friendly and helpful

I am in love with this journal. I use it as my devotional journal where I write letters to God and the quality makes me hold more reverence for the practice. All the materials are incredibly high quality and I find myself excited to write in it every time!
