Table of contents
The signature planners are more than functional planning: they include therapy-backed journaling and guidance for improved self-care and wellbeing.
With a supportive structure that encourages a holistic approach to avoid burnout, you'll find self-reflection pages, monthly overviews and reviews, goal and habit setting pages, as well as year-end reflection exercises.
The signature planner was created as our first planner in 2021 to prevent burnout and encourage self-care. It is ideal for overwhelmed academics and professionals, or anyone craving a better relationship between productivity and wellbeing.
Instead of a fixation on goals and end-results, the signature planner journaling pages focus on your personal values and how they influence our intentions, boundaries, and choices.
Each of these planners include:
A journaling section to guide self-reflection and values-based planning
Space to explore your goals and intentions throughout the year
A habit tracker to support mindful routines
Weekly layouts to help you stay organized and centered
Monthly overviews and reviews
Extra note pages at the back for ideas, lists, or doodles
Choosing between the 2026 Vertical Layout and the 2026 Horizontal Layout comes down to your needs and lifestyle. There is no one "better" option. The best format depends on your thinking style, schedule type, and planning needs. Both layouts help you organise your time, but they suit different productivity styles and daily management approaches.
The vertical planner layout shows the days of the week in columns, features a mini-calendar, and lists the week number on the bottom left-hand page. A schedule from 6-10 pm is included down each column, providing space for time blocking.
This time-based structure gives a clear view of your daily schedule. It's great for appointment-heavy planning, time-blocking, and seeing your day chronologically.
The 2026 horizontal layout arranges the days of the week in rows on the left-hand page of each spread. It provides open space for each day, without a schedule. It may also be divided in half to create separate spaces depending on your needs.
The right-hand page is left blank intentionally for brainstorming, to-dos, and journaling. It suits those with fluid schedules that aren't packed with appointments.
Weekly & Daily Combined: Perfect if you want both a weekly overview and daily depth, best for those with changing schedules or more detailed plans. Our new 70gsm paper is thinner and designed with fountain-pen users in mind.
These planners are ideal for anyone looking to merge productivity with personal growth.
For those who prefer to focus one day at a time, the Daily Planner and Daily Duos offer a full page per day with the space to really spread out. It's a clean and focused layout free from distractions and with minimal prompts so that you can focus on each day in detail. This daily layout provides both an hourly schedule and spacious to-do list.
The daily planners are best for those who appreciate the space to fully map out their day. Whether you're tracking tasks, journaling, or capturing notes, there's ample room to stay organized and focused. Unlike our signature planners, the daily format does not include introductory journaling pages and just has small daily wellness reminders at the top, making it ideal for those who prefer to dive straight into structured and detailed planning.
Each of these planners include:
Daily pages for every single day of the year
A mini-calendar of the week in the footer to keep you on track
Monthly calendars followed by daily pages
A year-end review section
Six extra note pages at the back for ideas, lists, or doodles
The daily planner layout has ample room for your daily needs with a spacious 5 - 11 schedule and each day featuring space for a daily focus, intentions, and plenty of light boxes that can be used for personal, academic, or work-related to-dos!
The daily duo planner layout is identical, the difference and which will suit you better depends entirely on your needs and preferences. Are you the type to sit down and plan your days at a desk and keep your planner there? Or are you the type to take your planner in your bag with you?
The daily duo is a two-book set that covers the full year in two volumes, making it lighter to carry and easier to manage if you like to keep your planner on the go. You’ll get the same daily planning layout and thoughtful structure, just split into two halves for extra flexibility and portability.
These planners are perfect for those with busy schedules, task-heavy days, or just anyone who prefers to plan with a daily rhythm. Whether you want to keep your year in one volume for dedicated at-home/at-office planning, or in two volumes for easy on-the-go planning, the daily planners can accommodate both.
Sometimes, less is more. The minimalist planners are a more streamlined version of our signature weekly planner, and with no guided journaling introduction, it's ideal for jumping right into weekly spreads.
For 2026 we have released our popular A5 minimalist vertical planner and B5 minimalist vertical planner layouts again, but a new addition this year is the A5 horizontal minimalist layout for those who favor having their spreads horizontal.
The minimalist planners were designed for individuals who appreciate simplicity and functionality in their planning tools and are less interested in the journaling aspect.
The minimalist planners may also be appealing to individuals who enjoy customizing their planners, as the blank space at the bottom of each weekly spread allows for personal notes or creative additions.
Each format includes:
Monthly calendars, overviews and reviews
A yearly reflection section
A streamlined, no-frills layout (no journaling section)
A5 and B5 size options to suit your space and style preferences
The A5 minimalist vertical layout is ideal for students or professionals who need to manage their schedule on the go but prioritize portability and efficiency.
Individuals who have a more task-oriented approach to their day, may prefer this vertical layout because it offers a clear and simple structure where they can list their tasks from top to bottom, helping to prioritize and organize the day’s activities efficiently.
The A5 minimalist horizontal layout is ideal for those who prefer a more open layout but still desire the portability of an A5 size. A horizontal layout can be easier to read at a glance and can provide better visual clarity when a single day is spread across the whole page.
Individuals who like to time-block their days may also prefer this horizontal layout, as it can provide a clear segmentation of the day into these blocks (ex. morning, afternoon, and evening), which can help with time management and prioritization.
The B5 minimalist vertical layout is ideal for students or bullet journal enthusiasts who desire a larger page to make ample notes or customizations to their weekly spreads.
With the extra space, the B5 layout allows for a more detailed and organized layout. It provides more room for time-blocking, breaking down tasks, and adding notes without feeling cramped, which is great for people who like to map out their day in detail or add stickers and designs alongside text.
If you’re someone who enjoys adding your own customizations or prefers a planner that’s focused purely on planning, this might be the right fit. It's a favourite among students, bullet journal enthusiasts, and folks on the go.
Choosing a planner is about more than layout, it’s about how you want to feel and function in the year ahead.
Things to consider:
Do you want space for guided journaling and reflection?
Would a full page per day be helpful, or do you prefer a week-at-a-glance?
Are you looking for something minimalist, or something more holistic?
