A practical and quality pen is a perfect companion, but they are not easy find. 

Enter Tactile Turn. These pens are works of art that are machined and hand-assembled in Texas, started by Will Hodges with the intention of creating pens that could withstand a lifetime of use. 

These all-metal pens are simple and elegant. The unique bolt action shape allows for one fluid motion to advance or retract the refill. Because the surfaces of both the interior part and the inside surface have been carefully machined to be extra smooth, the action feels amazingly satisfying.

Materials:

  • Copper

Natural antimicrobial properties. Creates a layer of tarnish (patina) that darkens with time and use.

  • Bronze

Alloy consisting mostly of copper and tin. Machines beautifully and, like copper, will patina with time and use.

  • Titanium

Tough, lightweight, and extremely corrosion resistant. The best-selling material Tactile Turn works with.

  • Zirconium

Exists in small quantities, hence the added expense. Resistant to corrosion and resembles a dark grey titanium.
